General Questions

What are DTF transfers? DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are a method of printing designs onto special films that can then be transferred onto various types of fabrics. They offer vibrant colors, high-quality graphics, and durability.

What makes Purple Skin DTF Transfers different? We print all our DTF transfers in-house, ensuring the highest quality and vibrant colors. Our team is passionate about design and dedicated to helping you bring your creative ideas to life.

Ordering

How do I place an order? Placing an order is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Select your favorite items and add them to your cart.
  2. Enter your billing and shipping information.
  3. Choose your shipping method.
  4. Checkout.

For the DTF Builder, follow these steps:

  1. Select the size of your sheet.
  2. Build your sheet and go to the next page.
  3. Add quantity or more sheets and review.
  4. Checkout.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal, debit cards, and all major credit cards.

Can I cancel or change my order? We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production. To cancel or change an order, please email us at purpleskincreations@yahoo.com with your order details as soon as possible.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

  • Standard Shipping: $10 for orders up to $125.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $125 qualify for free shipping.

Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses? We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses? Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to APOs may take up to 45 additional days for delivery.

How can I track my order? You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

What should I do if I haven't received my order? First, check the tracking information to see if it has been delivered. If it says delivered but you haven't received it, please allow a few more days. If there are still issues, contact us at purpleskincreations@yahoo.com.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy? Please refer to our detailed Return Policy. Generally, you may exchange unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel items within 10 days of delivery for a different size. Custom orders are non-refundable.

What if my product is defective or incorrect? If you receive a defective or incorrect product, email us at purpleskincreations@yahoo.com with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and send a replacement if approved.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs? Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return? Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.
