A: You may return unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel items within 10 days of the delivery date for a different size. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

A: Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We do not exchange custom prints.

Q: What items are non-exchangeable?
A: We do not exchange posters, hats, cell phone cases, or other non-apparel products. Only one exchange is allowed per item ordered.
