Orders may only be canceled or changed if they have not yet gone into production. To request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and order size. Standard Shipping is $10 for orders up to $125, and orders over $125 qualify for free shipping.

4.2 Delivery Time:
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time provided at checkout. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4.3 Tracking:
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy:
Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a different size. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

5.2 Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.
