At Purple Skin DTF Transfers, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below is our Shipping Policy detailing how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Methods and Costs
1.1 Standard Shipping:
We offer Standard Shipping for $10 on orders up to $125. Orders of $125 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping.
1.2 Shipping Carriers:
We use a variety of carriers to deliver your orders, including DHL, UPS, and USPS. The carrier used will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order.
2. Processing Time
2.1 Order Processing:
Once you place your order, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
2.2 Production Time:
If your order includes custom items or DTF transfers, production time may vary. Typically, production takes an additional 3-5 business days.
3. Delivery Time
3.1 Estimated Delivery Time:
After processing and production, the estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 business days for Standard Shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.
3.2 Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.
4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
5. PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses
5.1 PO Boxes:
We can ship to PO Boxes using USPS.
5.2 Military APO/FPO Addresses:
We can also ship to Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders to APO addresses are sent via DHL or UPS and then transferred to USPS for final delivery. Please note that shipments to APO addresses may take up to 45 additional days to arrive, and tracking may not be updated once the package enters the military mail system.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Delays:
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or high demand. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
6.2 Missing Orders:

7. International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not provide international shipping services.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error in your address, contact us immediately to update the details before your order is shipped.
